We very grateful to Peter Sotheran who spoke at our recent Lent Supper about the work that his group had done to combat AIDS in Africa. We enjoyed excellent food and fellowship with one another.

Thank you Peter

Thank you to all who made Remembrance Sunday such a moving occasion. The service was attended by many people from our villages. The last post was played by a bugler and we sang a range of remembrance hymns.

We were delighted to have a full church for our Harvest Festival, which was followed by a slap up Harvest Supper. Food was donated to the food bank and money was raised for the Farm Community Network. The church was beautifully decorated.

Harvest at Leake

A big thank you to Mike Eccles, who finally visited Leake after passing many times on the A19. He very kindly said that we could share his brilliant pictures with you all. Why not visit Leake the next time you are passing?

Thank you Mike!

A congregation of over 60 gathered on Sunday for a glorious service of Choral Evensong. The music was sung by our highly respected visiting choir Rectory Choral. This was followed by a party in churchyard, bathed in the summer evening sun.
