St Mary’s holds services around three times a month. We have two main types of service. The first is Holy Communion, in which we share bread and wine, following the example of Jesus. The second is Cafe Church, which is a more informal service with refreshments, in one of our village halls. We also have extra services to mark special times in our communities and the church year. At all of our services we read the Bible, pray and sing hymns. After the service we often share tea and coffee.

Everyone is welcome at our services, whether you usually go to church or not. We love including new people. Most people who come live locally, but some travel a significant distance to be with us.

Despite being a Medieval building, you will be delighted to hear that the church has both heating and a toilet!

We also have social events throughout the year. These are also open to everyone, not just people who come to services. We hope that these help people from our villages to get to know each other better.

The services and social events that are coming up are listed below.
