We know that visiting our church building is important to many people, and as a community we are committed to it being open daily during daylight hours. Whether you are drawn by our history, as a place of quiet, or for prayer, you are most welcome. Of course you would also be very welcome at one of our services.
The church is easy to find on the A19 just north of Thirsk. When southbound, it is clearly visible on the left of the road, with a slip lane. It is hidden by a small hill when northbound, but a sign for “Leake Church” will show you when to turn right across the central reservation. There is space to wait safely until there is a gap in the traffic. Our postcode is YO7 4BN.
There is plenty of free parking. At a large service you may need to park on the grass.
